The great culinary stories of the Ötztaler Stube are a total work of art, created by Head Chef Stefan Speiser, Sous Chef Julia Gutenbrunner, and restaurant manager Marcel Altmann, along with their teams. Their collaboration has been honoured with one Michelin star and four Gault Millau toques.
